New Media Sales Executive Singapore

• Sales of company services, and solutions includes:
  Production for Film, Commercial, TV, Documentary, Corporate Videos, and coverage of events

• Must be keen and comfortable to sell new media (internet) advertising services to SME businesses to help them connect with their customers/users through digital platforms and internet search engines like Google.
• You will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our production services to direct clients by coming up with creative solutions and strategies to secure new businesses as well as develop existing accounts.
• To identify potential new accounts and understand customer’s business challenges so as to develop strong value propositions to help them meet their business objectives through the new media.
• To prepare and conduct high impact sales presentations.
• To negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
• To ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.
• To work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities.
• To ensure individual sales targets are met every quarter.
• To constantly update and upgrade knowledge of the New Media.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic or University respectively.
• Possess good inter-personal communication skill in both spoken and written English. Ability to present in Mandarin would be an added advantage (in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates).
• Possess analytical, planning and decision-making skills.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision yet able to work well in a team.
• Understanding the new media and film industry is a plus.
• Able to learn fast and perform in a fast-paced and changing environment which is very number driven
• Driven to sell responsibly and earn good money through achievement-based incentives.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office eg. Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills eg. To prepare sales presentation / quotation / proposal.
• Strong knowledge of new media sales and established relationships within Small Medium Enterprise (SME) market will be an advantage.
